• Hourly Rate: The Heidi Stewart Law Firm charges an hourly rate in some contract and civil cases. A retainer is usually required.
• Contingency Fee: The Heidi Stewart Law Firm would be paid based upon a percentage of what the client collects. A contingency fee is usually charged in collections matters.
